Filing Complaints:

Investors can file complaints through the following channels:

Directly with the Investment Adviser (via email or phone).
Through the SCORES 2.0 platform (SEBI Complaints Redress System).
IAASB (Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body).
SMARTODR (Smart Online Dispute Resolution Portal).
SEBI’s physical office.

Complaint Redressal Process:

Acknowledgement of the complaint within 3 working days.
Investigation of the complaint.
Resolution of the complaint within 30 days.

Escalation:

If an investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided, they can escalate the complaint to the Compliance Officer and then to the Director. If still unsatisfied, the investor can approach the SEBI SCORES platform.
