In the case of pre-mature termination of Investment Advisor (IA) services, the client will be refunded the fees for the unexpired period, with a maximum breakage fee of one-quarter of the total fee.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. If termination is initiated by the client, a refund of the advisory fee will be provided after deducting one-quarter of the total fee. If termination is initiated by the advisor, a proportionate refund will be provided.

The refund process will be completed, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 to 14 working days from the date of the refund request or confirmation.

Use of Message Boards, Chat Rooms, and Other Communication Forums
